Transfer of the business of Formflow Equipment Ltd to Twofold
Phil Charnick and Derek Bucknell signed an agreement today to sell the business of Formflow to Twofold Ltd.
Twofold will continue to run the business and to manufacture and support the same product lines. Production will be moved from Bradford to Reading as part of the transfer process.
Phil Charnick (Twofold's MD) said "We aim to make the process as seamless as possible and we are confident that we can apply the same levels of high quality service and support to this business that Twofold's customers and suppliers have become accustomed to".
