Synertec Envelope and Maintenance purchase
The directors of Twofold signed an agreement today to conclude the purchase of the equipment maintenance and envelope business of Synertec.
Twofold will take over the support of all existing mailing equipment service contracts and the direct envelope sales business.
Synertec are continuing to offer their core business of pay as you mail and associated services.
Phil Charnick (Twofold's MD) said "This aquisition adds a host of new customers to our business and further underlines our strength within the mailing equipment sales, service and support market. Our aim now is to meet and exceed the high level of service and support that these new customers currently enjoy".
